“Peel out to Feel” by Fabienne Hollwege is a performance that she wanted to perform live in the city centre last year, 2020. It was important for her to capture the mood of the people and to create their longing for closeness, touch and real connection through “undressing” (an “opening up”) through images on a sensual level.
Due to restrictions, the team was not allowed to perform in public, so she decided to make a performance film with the help of other artists. A work for a truthful exchange and a more human, more mindful togetherness.
